I Heart Organizing is having a shoe organization challenge, so I decided to straighten up my coat closet and see if there were any shoes to purge.
Lots of coats and shoes that were tossed in–not as bad as I’ve seen it–but still could use some tidying.
I found three pairs of kids shoes to donate or hand down. I optimistically moved the snow pants to the basement. Hung extra coats up in bedroom closets, and moved the vacuum attachments downstairs with all the other vacuum parts. I have no idea why my shower cleaning kit (unopened) was in the coat closet! It’s not glamorous but it’s tidy, and now everyone can easily find their shoes!

I converted my coat closet just for shoes too, but maybe a bit more selfishly (yes I’ve taken up the entire cupboard not even room for coats anymore!). Great job popping over from iheart organising
