Meal Plan for the Week of October 31, 2011

Our trees are shedding leaves like crazy here in the northeast, and the peak of fall foliage has passed. To help me get over the loss of warm sunny days, I guess I need to remind myself of the fun of fires in the fireplace, hot cocoa, snuggling under a blanket on the couch, and the beauty of falling snow.
Since it’s Halloween here, I thought I’d show a couple of pictures from Halloweens’ past.

  1. Margo, your meals look delicious. I’ve been known to use the “helper” meals too. It’s hard to pass them up when they are on sale and I have a coupon. I cook with ground chicken instead of beef and I buy it on sale too. It sure makes for a quick and inexpensive meal and even one my hubby can make if I need him too 🙂

  2. We LOVE potato smileys! Thanks for the reminder to buy them.
Also, I am checking out your Pesto Chicken Stromboli…that looks fabulous!
P.S. Found your link from I’m an Organizing Junkie! 😀
