Menu Plan for the week of Oct. 10th

I had a “fun” week last week. My computer got a virus that was nasty, and wouldn’t let me run any security scanning software. It was going to cost almost as much to fix it as the original computer cost, so we decided we will upgrade. Meanwhile it was a bit hairy sharing a computer with my kids, two of who do most of their school work online. However, we survived, and it was actually nice to spend a little less time on the computer than I usually do!
On to the menu for this new week. Here is what we’ll be having at our house:

Breakfast Options: (Any combination of the following)
French toast
Cereal
Fruit
Waffles
Toast
Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Pancakes

Lunch Options:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (My kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken,  turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk

I usually only post 6 dinners because on the weekend we are usually out and about somewhere, and grab something, or we may get together with extended family for a meal.
Have a great week!
