Happy New Year!!! I can't believe it is 2012. I usually don't do new years resolutions, but I do have some areas of my life that I would like to improve on: using my time more wisely by trying to adhere to more of a schedule, reading my Bible more and using a prayer list, watching portion sizes, finding an exercise that I can at least tolerate enough to do it, helping my children with life skills and getting outside with them more doing some outdoor activities. I am sure I could go on and on, but those are the things on my heart right now...
So here is the menu for this new week and new year:

Egg whites and spinach (hubby's choice)
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these "entrees")
