A Heart For Home

Menu Plan for the Week of January 23rd

January 23, 2012

Happy Monday! My theme for this week is easy meals. (Well actually, that is my always theme for meals). We don’t eat fancy around here, but it works for us.
My sister and I spent two hours at Hobby Lobby on Saturday, so hopefully I can attempt to be more creative this week. My hubby is helping me set up a crafting area in the basement so I can organize my small stash of supplies. So I am excited to get busy, and hope to create some home decorations.
In the mean time, here is the menu for the week:Breakfast Options:

I had to click through on your PBandB sandwich to see if you mentioned the Elvis-mayo version! 😉
My mother always like those- but I skip out on the mayo- eww!

We may just have to try toasted peanut butter and banana sandwiches. They sound yummy.

Those toasted peanut butter and banana sandwiches are certainly interesting! Have you tried the vegetarian crumbled beef? It is by morningstar Farms here. I like it for spaghetti and such because you just dump it in and it doesn’t have to be cooked and yet it is good in tacos, burritos and such. Makes a quick meal!

We use a lot of the Morning Star Farms products. We like the veggie sausages for a biscuit sandwich, and my kids like the grillers and veggie corn dogs for lunches!
