Last week I showed you my trees blooming, and this week we actually had snow! Crazy weather!
Hope you had a good weekend with your loved ones.
On to the menu:

Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)

(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)

Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers

Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner

Grocery List: Angel hair pasta, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, cashews and veggies

Tuna mac and cheese casserole (this recipe is good even without the Italian seasoning) and raw veggies
Grocery list: box of macaroni and cheese, peas, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, can of tuna, raw veggies

BLT Pasta Salad, garlic toast and salad
Grocery List: Pasta shells, bacon, ranch dressing, onion, tomatoes, lettuce and garlic toast

  3. Found you on MPM- your menu looks really good, like things we enjoy. Have tried a lot of pasta salads, no BLT yet, though, may have to try yours it looks wonderful.
