Menu Plan for the Week of June 3rd

I cannot believe it is the month of June already; it is beyond comprehension. Thankfully we have received much needed rain.
Hey, did anyone enjoy watching the national spelling bee competition?
I couldn't believe how interested even my little ones were!

Menu Plan for the Week of June 3rd, Joyful Homemaking

Here is the meal plan for this week:

Breakfast Options:
(Any combination of the following)
French toast
Cereal
Fruit
Waffles
Toast
Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby's choice)
Pancakes
English muffins
Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Quiche
Cinnamon rolls

Lunch Options:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these "entrees")
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner

Dinners:

Grilled chicken salad and breadsticks
Grocery list: Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, chicken, breadsticks and dressing

Grilled turkey and cheddar sandwiches, raw veggies and chips or pretzels

Ham, mashed potatoes and broccoli

Chicken quesadillas, carrots and grapes
Grocery list:  Tortillas, cheddar cheese, chicken, and whatever else you like on your quesadillas, some use peppers or tomatoes, sour cream, salsa...

Quiche with hash brown crust and raw veggies or a side salad
Grocery list: hash browns, eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, half and half, onion, carrot sticks or salad ingredients
Menu Plan for the Week of June 3rd, Joyful Homemaking

Chicken salad sandwiches, red pepper strips and mandarin oranges
Grocery list: Bread or buns, chicken, mayonnaise OR ranch dressing, pickles, red peppers and fruit

    What lovely plates those made. Fresh fruit and veggies really add to the meal visually as well as being healthy not to mention tasty.
