I’m glad to be back after a trip to New England to visit some family and vacation with friends, but not looking forward to school starting and my hubby going back to work…Having a meal plan will make this week easier!

Breakfast Options:

Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Pancakes

Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies

Lunch Options:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner

Chicken and vegetable soup, blueberry muffins and pineapple
Grocery list: I like to doctor up canned vegetable soup with leftover chicken, vegetables and broth, muffin ingredients, pineapple

Grocery list: Ground beef, onion, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, lasagna noodles or rotini pasta, Parmesan and mozzarella  cheese, salad ingredients

Grocery list: Store bought pizza crusts or homemade ingredients, mashed potatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic
