, Menu Plan for the Week of September 2nd,

I had a hard time typing “September” (sad face). My mom says that the older you get, the faster time goes by, and I believe it! The nice thing about this time of year though is sitting on my porch, rocking in the rocking chair, enjoying the cooler temperatures, while looking at a book with one of my kids.

Breakfast Options:

Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)

(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese

Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner

Lasagna, bread and vegetable or green salad (for the meat sauce, I just mix browned, drained hamburger with pasta sauce, since I don’t eat sausage)
