I think this year more so than any other, I’ve enjoyed the beauty of the leaves changing colors. Maybe I’m just appreciating it more as I get older, but it’s been spectacular this year.

Breakfast Options:
(Any combination of the following)
French toast
Cereal
Fruit
Waffles
Toast
Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Pancakes
English muffins
Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Quiche
Cinnamon rolls

Lunch Options:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner

Dinner:

It doesn’t have to be Summer Vegetable Tart
Grocery list: Frozen puff pastry, fresh corn (I used frozen), zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and pesto

Pumpkin pancakes, scrambled eggs and fruit
Grocery list: Pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and other pancake ingredients, eggs and fruit

Meatball Gyros
Grocery list: Meatballs, pitas, Greek yogurt, cucumber, tomato, lemon juice and seasonings

Grilled turkey and cheddar sandwiches, raw veggies and chips or pretzels

Ham, mashed potatoes and broccoli

Chili spaghetti and green salad
Grocery list:  Spaghetti, ground beef, onion, pasta sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, cheddar cheese, sour cream, corn chips (optional) and salad ingredients
