I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! We received a light dusting of snow, and the kids are excited to get outside.

Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)

(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner

Ravioli lasagna, broccoli and breadsticks

  2. So many MPM bloggers have breakfast for dinner. I’m so going to start serving breakfast for dinner. It’s economical;especially during these rough economic times. I actually saw $7 spaghetti sauce at Walmart!

    MPM definitely keeps me on track. I actually look forward to Mondays!

  3. We are huge fans of breakfast for dinner at this house too! Your blueberry coffee cake looks fantastic! I love that you list breakfast and lunch options. We usually just do left overs for lunch. Though I like to keep a running list of breakfast options too. Great menu!
