Menu Plan for the Week of January 27th, Joyful Homemaking

Snowy Sunset

Brrrrrr! It's cold here, and my oldest had two snow days this week. I love the beauty of a fresh snow, but I'm a wimp when it comes to the cold and driving in it!

Breakfast Options:
(Any combination of the following)
French toast
Cereal
Fruit
Waffles
Toast
Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby's choice)
Pancakes
English muffins
Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Quiche
Cinnamon rolls

Lunch Options:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these "entrees")
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers from dinner

Dinner:

Tuna pot pie
Grocery list: Tuna, biscuits or pie crust, cream of chicken soup, peas and carrots

Grocery list: Pancake ingredients, ham, carrots and peaches

Pasta with meat sauce, salad, light rolls
Grocery list: Spaghetti, pasta sauce, ground turkey or beef, Parmesan cheese, salad fixings, light roll ingredients

Baked Pasta
Grocery list:  Rigatoni, cottage cheese, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, mozzarella cheese, pasta sauce

Hamburgers, smiley potatoes, carrots and fruit
Grocery list: Hamburgers, buns, smiley potatoes, carrots and strawberries

Veggie sausage, egg and cheese biscuits and raw veggies
Grocery list:  Biscuits or english muffins, veggie sausages, cheddar cheese, eggs

    Thanks for visiting and leaving such a nice comment about my 'Ruffled Pillow Tutorial'. We are in the midst of a cold spell here in New Hampshire, but the snow is pretty to see. Love the idea of having a menu plan. I wish I was so organized, but I tend to just wing it.
