Meal Plan for the Week of August 4th

 Quick Blender Light Rolls

Breakfast Menu:
(Any combination of the following)
French toast
Cereal
Fruit
Waffles
Toast
Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Pancakes
English muffins
Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Quiche
Cinnamon rolls
Pumpkin pancakes
Baked eggs and cheese casserole
Toasted peanut butter & banana sandwich
Coconut Quinoa Granola

Lunch Menu:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers

Dinner menu:

0067 Menu Plan for the Week of April 7th

Lasagna, bread and vegetable or green salad (for the meat sauce, I just mix browned, drained hamburger with pasta sauce, since I rarely eat sausage)
Grocery list: Lasagna noodles, ground beef, your favorite pasta sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic bread and salad ingredients

 Menu for the Week of March 17th

Turkey breast, mashed potatoes, string beans and bacon cheeseburger puffs
Grocery list: Turkey, potatoes, string beans, hamburger, biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, bacon and buttermilk

 Menu for the Week of March 17th


Baked eggs and ham casserole
and a salad or fruit and raw veggies
Grocery list: Eggs, bread, ham, milk and cheddar cheese

 Menu Plan for the Week of February 24th
Garlic, sundried tomato, chicken & pasta
Grocery list: Angel hair pasta, sundried tomatoes, garlic, chicken, mushrooms, chicken broth, parsley, basil, olive oil
Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes

 Menu Plan for the Week of February 17th


Grilled cheese, tomato soup, and peaches

 Menu Plan for the Week of January 6th

Adobe chicken casserole
Grocery list: Chicken, tomatoes and green chiles, rice, Monterey jack cheese, lettuce and sour cream optional
