Meal Plan for the Week of October 13th

It’s a new week! I don’t mind Mondays, but maybe that’s because I don’t have to get up early and drive to work when it’s still dark and cold.  I have the luxury of slowly rising, making coffee, packing a lunch for my oldest son, and then sitting on the couch with my Bible reading and computer, while waiting for my two youngest to leisurely wake up, and meander out to join me for snuggles on the couch. I know for me, it’s a much less stressful scenario than the business world can be at times, and this is just where I want to be.

Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)

Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Quiche
Cinnamon rolls
Pumpkin pancakes
Baked eggs and cheese casserole
Toasted peanut butter & banana sandwich
Coconut Quinoa Granola

Lunch Menu:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers
