Meal Plan for the Week of October 20th

Do you need any recipes to use up some luscious apples?

We've had some scrumptious looking recipes linked up to our "Think Tank Thursday" parties,
so take a minute to browse through them and find a favorite!

Breakfast Menu:
(Any combination of the following)
French toast
Cereal
Fruit
Waffles
Toast
Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Pancakes
English muffins
Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Quiche
Cinnamon rolls
Pumpkin pancakes
Baked eggs and cheese casserole
Toasted peanut butter & banana sandwich
Coconut Quinoa Granola

Lunch Menu:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers

Dinner menu:

Chicken noodle casserole and a veggie
Grocery list:  Cooked chicken breast, egg noodles, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, onion, garlic and a veggie

Grocery list:  Green beans, kidney beans, corn, ground beef, potatoes, salsa, canned tomatoes and green chilis, spaghetti sauce, taco seasoning, onion flakes and macaroni

and raw veggies
Grocery list:  Dinner rolls, ham, swiss cheese, mustard, poppy seeds, worcestershire sauce and veggies

 Meal Plan for the Week of August 18th

Rotisserie chicken nachos
Grocery list: Tortilla chips, rotisserie chicken, black beans, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos, taco seasoning, salsa, sour cream, lettuce

 Meal Plan for the Week of August 4th


Adobe chicken casserole

Grocery list: Chicken, tomatoes and green chiles, rice, Monterey jack cheese, lettuce and sour cream optional

 Menu for the Week of July 28th


Taco salad in tortilla bowls

Grocery list: Ground beef or turkey, taco seasoning, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and Italian dressing
