I always keep lots of eggs on hand for many different options for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Cereal
Fruit
Waffles
Toast
Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Pancakes
English muffins
Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Quiche
Cinnamon rolls
Pumpkin pancakes
Baked eggs and cheese casserole
Toasted peanut butter & banana sandwich
Coconut Quinoa Granola

Lunch Menu:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers

Dinner:

Toasted pepperoni pizza sandwiches and carrot sticks
Grocery list: Bread or rolls, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce, butter and carrot sticks

Oven tacos
Grocery list: Taco shells, ground beef, taco seasoning, re-fried beans, tomato sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and cheddar cheese

Taco dip and baked tortilla chips
Grocery list: Cream cheese, sour cream, ground beef, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, Mexican cheese blend,
lettuce, tomatoes, onion, taco sauce and tortilla chips

Beef and Spinach Pasta
Grocery list: Ground beef, pasta, spinach, garlic, tomato puree, beef broth, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and mozzarella cheese

Grocery list: Tuna, biscuits or pie crust, cream of chicken soup, peas and carrots
