Meal Plan for the Week of November 17th

Tis the season for food, fun and family, and that can mean overnight company and holiday meals.

Egg brunch casserole

Breakfast Menu:
(Any combination of the following)
French toast
Cereal
Fruit
Waffles
Toast
Eggs
Oatmeal
Poptarts
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
Pancakes
English muffins
Muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Quiche
Cinnamon rolls
Pumpkin pancakes
Baked eggs and cheese casserole
Toasted peanut butter & banana sandwich
Coconut Quinoa Granola
Smoothies

Lunch Menu:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Ravioli
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Soup
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers
Leftovers

Dinner:

Slow cooker balsamic shredded beef, mashed potatoes and green beans
Grocery list: Beef chuck roast, beef broth, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, potatoes and green beans

pumpkin chili

Pumpkin chili and hush puppies
Grocery list: Ground beef, onion, chili beans, chili sauce, tomato soup, pumpkin, beef broth, pumpkin pie spice, chili powder, sour cream, cheddar cheese and hush puppy ingredients.

 Menu for the Week of March 17th
Pinto beans
, cornbread and salad
Grocery list: Pinto beans, bacon (optional), pinto bean seasoning (optional), cornbread ingredients, salad ingredients and onion

Pumpkin Pancakes
, scrambled eggs and fruit
Grocery list: Pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and other pancake ingredients, eggs and fruit

Corn dog casserole and fresh fruit or raw veggies
Grocery list: Hebrew national hot dogs, 3 cans Hormel turkey chili, 2 boxes cornbread mix, cheddar cheese, fruit and/or veggies
