Meal Plan for the Week of December 29th

Hey there! I'm glad to be back after a week off, and even though it was a super busy week, it was spent making lots of good memories! In addition to celebrating Christmas, my brother, sister and I held a surprise party for my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.

We love and value them so much, and we were honored to do this for them to mark this wonderful occasion as they are such an inspiration to so many. They eloped very young, and yet have been committed to each other through many difficult life situations, and yet are still so much in love!

Visiting from Menu Plan Monday! Your menu looks delicious, and I might just have to give the Crockpot Ravioli Casserole a try!
