Travel Lego Play Case

This season holds lots of travel for many, and anything that keeps the kiddos
occupied in the car is a blessing,
After seeing this idea for a travel lego case,
I had to make one for my "lego loving" kids!

Travel Lego Case

What you need:
Pencil case with a flat bottom

Lego mat you can cut or a piece that fits

I had to cut a piece to fit, and so I measured, and then scored it with a utility knife, and it broke easily.

Then I glued it to the bottom of the pencil case. I used my glue gun,
but a craft adhesive or Krazy glue might work better,
because I had to be careful not to let the glue get too hot and melt the bottom of the case.
Glue well, because the force of the kids putting the legos on and pulling them off, exerts some pressure.

That's all there is to it!
Once the glue is dry and the bottom secure, it's ready for the kids to give it a workout!

When it's not in use, just close it up, and the legos are stored inside.

I LOVE this!! We have a one hour commute ONE WAY to go to town... which the kids have to do with us a minimum of once a week for dance classes... plus, then we have to keep them occupied during the dance classes for their siblings. These are great ideas and I will definitely be looking into making these for Christmas presents for the kidlets.

Lego has to be one of the best toys ever, this is great for helping to make it portable.
