Meal Plan for the Week of February 2nd

Happy new week!  My oldest child had three snow days last week because of the temperature hovering around zero, so we are looking forward to some relatively warmer weather this week, and getting back to our “routine”!
Meal planning helps the week go so much more smoothly, and to help you and I in this process, I made up a printable:

Breakfast Menu:

(Any combination of the following)
French toast
Egg whites and spinach (hubby’s choice)
English muffins
Baked oatmeal
Breakfast cookies
Cinnamon rolls
Pumpkin pancakes
Baked eggs and cheese casserole
Toasted peanut butter & banana sandwich
Coconut Quinoa Granola

Lunch Menu:
(We like to add fruit and/or carrots to any of these “entrees”)
Pasta  (my kids love it)
Macaroni and cheese
Vegetarian corn dogs
Vegetarian hamburgers
Hot dogs
Chicken, turkey or ham sandwiches
Graham crackers and milk
English muffins
Peanut butter and fluff sandwiches
Whole wheat toast
Yogurt or cheese sticks, crackers


Ranch pesto rigatoni bake (I added cooked, chopped chicken breast)
Grocery list: Rigatoni, pesto, ranch dressing, canned diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and chicken

Grocery list: Ground beef, red, green & yellow peppers, onion, Italian dressing, Italian bread & provolone cheese

Slow cooker balsamic shredded beef, mashed potatoes and green beans
Grocery list: Beef chuck roast, beef broth, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, potatoes and green beans

Southwestern chicken salad
Grocery list:  Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, corn, black beans, cheddar cheese, chicken breast, hard boiled eggs, dressing and any extras

Grocery list: Tuna, biscuits or pie crust, cream of chicken soup, peas and carrots
