Rocky Road Fudge Candy

I’m not a huge fan of fudge, I just think I haven’t found the right recipe yet, but this recipe is a cross between fudge and a candy bar, and my family really enjoyed it!

I slightly changed the recipe which I found in an old Ohio State Grange Cookbook.
Here is what you need to make it:
1 cup of peanut butter and chocolate chips mixture
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup party peanuts
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

This is a fun little treat that you don’t often see as a dessert, but it’s a nice cool surprise dessert for summer or anytime.
Fun, delicious, chocolatey, and the only cooking is in the microwave!
Hope you enjoy!
