Delicious Dinner Ideas

We're in to April, and we got two inches of snow over the weekend.  Everyone else seemed so surprised, but not me...  I've been around long enough to remember snow flurries in May!  😛
For this week's meal plan, I've added a couple of  "breakfast for dinner" ideas.  We have breakfast for dinner about once a week, whether it's pancakes or eggs, or some sort of egg casserole or quiche.  It adds variety and is usually cheaper than a regular dinner with meat.  I hope you find some new meals to try for your family!
