Delicious Family Dinners for the Week

Happy Monday!  It’s a happy Monday at our house because my hubby’s (who grew up in Maine) favorite football team (Patriots) won last night.  🙂  So that was fun!  We had some family and friends over, and I served DIY submarine sandwiches, chicken wings, macaroni and cheese, chips and salsa, and a veggie tray, because you can’t watch a Super Bowl without lots of yummy food!   A sweet friend brought a homemade chocolate cake that was amazing, so we ate very well.
