Happy Monday!  My hubby is off from work this week, and we’re having a “stay-cation” with some friends from Maine.  So I’m looking forward to a fun week!  Also, it’s the last week before school and packing lunches.  I would love to hear any of your kids’ favorite boxed lunch ideas.

  1. That chili looks really good although I like to wait until the weather’s a bit cooler before I add chili to the menu. My kids both requested the basic peanut butter sandwich for their lunches today. If we order pizza out, the leftovers will sometimes go in the lunchboxes. Visiting from Meal Plan Monday, hope you are having a good week so far!
