Cheeseburger Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar don't pack it or it will be too sweet
  • 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 7.5 ounce can biscuits the little ones that come in multipacks
  • 3 cheddar cheese sticks
  • optional: pickles

Instructions

  • First, cook the ground beef thoroughly, remove from heat, and drain the fat off.
  • Then stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Lightly grease your cupcake pan, and then press the biscuits into the bottom and up the sides of each cup.
  • Put about 1/4 cup of the hamburger mixture into each biscuit until it’s all evenly distributed. Then chop up the cheese sticks in half inch cubes and top the hamburger cups with them.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 375 degree oven or until the biscuits are lightly golden.
  • If you like, top with chopped up pickles.
