First, cook your bacon.
I often buy the pre-cooked bacon so I can just warm it up in the microwave, and blot it with a paper towel.
Then you can either cook your eggs in a microwave egg cooker or on the stove, fried or omelet style.
Then you’re ready to assemble your sandwich for its final toasting.
Spread one side each of two slices of bread with butter, and then layer on your cheese, bacon and eggs with the buttered sides of the bread facing out.
Toast over medium heat in your frying pan or panini grill, flipping as necessary till your cheese is all gooey and melted, and the bread is nicely toasted.
