2 Ingredient Cake apple angel food cake

Ingredients

  • Mix one 16 ounce angel food cake mix with one 20 ounce can of apple pie filling.

Instructions

  • I used my kitchen scissors and cut up the chunks of the apples so they would be more bite size, and mix more easily into the batter.
  • Don’t add anything else that the back of the box says too! Also, grease and flour your pan, even though the back of the box doesn’t say too.
  • I used a bundt pan instead of a square baking pan, just because I think it makes it a lot prettier. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for around 35 minutes, or till top springs back when you touch it.
  • Let cool in the pan (if using a bundt pan), and then carefully flip onto a dish.
  • I wanted to make it more “desserty,” (sorry for making up my own words) and so I drizzled some caramel and melted store bought frosting over the top.
