Total Time 25 minutes
Serving Size 8

Ingredients

  • 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • One 16.3 ounce can flaky biscuits 8 biscuits in a can
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon cinnamon
  • Frosting 2 options:
  • Homemade glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla & 1 to 2 Tablespoons of milk
  • OR my favorite store bought canned vanilla frosting, slightly melted for drizzling

Instructions

  • Make your cinnamon sugar by combining the granulated sugar and cinnamon, and melt your butter in a separate bowl.
  • Open the biscuits and dip them in the butter, then coat them individually thoroughly and thickly with the cinnamon sugar, on all sides.
  • Place on a lightly greased baking pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for just around 14 minutes or till done.
  • While they are cooling for a few minutes either mix up your powdered sugar glaze or spoon out a large spoonful of store bought vanilla frosting and
  • just melt it for less than 10 seconds in the microwave, just so it’s barely pourable, not “liquidy.”
  • Then you are ready to drizzle to your heart’s content. My personal favorite is to use the store bought vanilla frosting because it is so much
  • richer.
