Ingredients
8ouncesusually half a box depending on size of your favorite uncooked pasta
1poundlean ground beef or turkey
1teaspoonrefrigerated jarred minced garlic
15 to 16ouncejar of pasta sauce
14-1/2ouncebrothchicken, vegetable or beef
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
2cupsfresh spinachchopped
1 1/2cupsgrated mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook your pasta and drain.
Brown your ground beef and drain any fat, then add the garlic, pasta sauce, broth, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
Bring to a simmer for 5 to 10 minutes till it thickens a bit. Stir in the spinach, and cook for a couple more minutes.
Add pasta and cheese to the meat mixture. Give it a couple of good stirs, (while still on the heat), and you are ready to serve.
