In electric mixer, beat the flour, sugar and butter until crumbly, and then pat down firmly in the bottom of a greased 13×9 inch pan.
Sprinkle the pecans over the top of the crust.
Caramel Middle:
Cook brown sugar and butter on medium heat, while stirring until it bubbles for a minute or so, and then pour over crust.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Glaze:
As soon as you take it out of the oven sprinkle chips over the top.
Let them melt for 3 minutes, and then take a butter knife or spatula and flatten out and swirl the chips a little to spread them out and make a pretty design.
Cool completely (I put mine in the refrigerator for a little while), cut into bars and indulge!
