3 Berry Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

of frozen blueberries, blackberries and raspberries

cup
of milk of your choice
Optional: 1/2 frozen banana OR 1 Tablespoon honey
Instructions
Add berries to blender.
Pour in milk a little at a time, and pulse blender till desired consistency.
