20 Minute Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef cooked and drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth I use low sodium
  • 1 package taco seasoning around 1 ounce or 1 Tbsp (I use low sodium)
  • One 10 ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • One 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes
  • One 16 can pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • One 15 1/2 ounce can red kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • One 15 1/2 ounce can black beans drained and rinsed
  • One 1 ounce package dry ranch dressing mix or 1/2 cup bottled ranch dressing
  • 1 cup of corn frozen or from a can, drained
  • Optional toppings: Corn chips tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions

Instructions

  • Brown and drain your ground beef.
  • Drain and rinse all your beans.
  • Add all ingredients to your soup pot, stir and heat thoroughly over medium heat.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
