Instructions
Mix everything (except the barbecue sauce) together very well in a large bowl.
Then just pat the mixture down into a 6 cup volume (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch) loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking oil. You can spread out the barbecue sauce on top now, before baking, or put in on the top about 10 minutes before the meatloaf is done.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 50 to 60 minutes. Don't take it out until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit (mine took 60 minutes).
It’s important to let your meatloaf sit for 10 minutes after taking it out of the oven before you slice it, so the juices will redistribute and you’ll have a nice juicy turkey meatloaf.
