Combine and pat down into lightly greased 8 or 9 inch baking dish or pie panand bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for around 20 minutes, but watch so it doesn’t burn.
Sprinkle over baked crust:
1cupof cooked veggieslike broccoli
1/4cupof shredded cheese
Filling:
2eggs beaten
2/3cupdry milkinstant milk
1cupvegetable brothcan use water you cooked veggies in or milk
pinchof nutmegsalt and pepper
Pour over crustveggies and cheese.
Instructions
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or till solid.
