First, measure out your cereal in a large bowl, so that it’s ready when you’re ready for it.
Do the same with your peanut butter and vanilla.
Then, in a microwave safe bowl, melt together the butter and marshmallows in 30 second increments, stirring in between till it’s all melted.
Then stir in the peanut butter and vanilla, and mix till combined.
Pour over the cereal and mix well.
Then lightly stir in the chocolate chips
(I had to use my hands since the mixture gets thick),
but do it gently so the chocolate chips won’t smear around and make your treats ugly.
Pat gently into a greased 9×13 pan.
Let sit till firm, and if you like, chill for a few minutes in the refrigerator.
Cut into bars and serve.
