Serving Size 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup of milk I used skim
  • salt to taste around 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  • Mix together, and pour the batter into a greased and floured 9x13 baking dish. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for around 15-20 minutes.
  • Now you're ready to add your toppings!
  • I used: 1 pound ground beef (browned), about 40 slices of pepperoni, 15 ounces pizza sauce and 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: sliced onions, pepper strips, ham, diced tomatoes, mushrooms....
  • If using ground beef, add that first and then the sauce and other toppings, finishing with the cheese.
  • **Tip: Use a thick pasta or pizza sauce, or strain it first to make it nice and thick, otherwise your crust will get soggy.
  • Bake an additional 15 minutes or so, at 400 degrees.
