Mix together, and pour the batter into a greased and floured 9x13 baking dish. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for around 15-20 minutes.
Now you're ready to add your toppings!
I used: 1 pound ground beef (browned), about 40 slices of pepperoni, 15 ounces pizza sauce and 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Optional: sliced onions, pepper strips, ham, diced tomatoes, mushrooms....
If using ground beef, add that first and then the sauce and other toppings, finishing with the cheese.
**Tip: Use a thick pasta or pizza sauce, or strain it first to make it nice and thick, otherwise your crust will get soggy.
Bake an additional 15 minutes or so, at 400 degrees.
