cooked beef roast

sweet potatoes

28 ounce can of petite diced tomatoes

frozen green beans

Balsamic vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

roasted garlic and herb seasoning

Instructions
Wash, peel and cut up sweet potatoes in large bite size pieces, and wash and cut up red potatoes and put in crockpot.
Peel and dice red onion and add.
Pour in tomatoes and beef broth.
Add green beans, beef (cut up in bite size pieces), seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Give it a stir, cover and cook on high for 6 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste.
