Prepare a tray and wash the strawberries.
Slice the strawberries and bananas, and spread them out on the tray. Freeze for at least several hours.
After they are frozen, add them all to a blender or food processor, along with the vanilla, milk, honey and juice.
Blend and add more milk as necessary, mine was so thick that I ended up using almost a half a cup of rice milk.
You may have to stop and stir the ingredients several times.
