Crockpot Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds browned ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 16 oz cans chili beans no draining
  • 2 12 oz bottles chili sauce
  • 2 10 3/4 oz cans tomato soup
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 14.5 oz can beef broth I added this because of the thickness, but you can add water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • optional: black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • After your beef is browned and drained, pour everything in the crockpot, and stir well. I cooked mine on high for about 3-4 hours.
  • Crockpot temperatures can vary so use your own judgement. Isn’t that easy?!
  • I whipped up some hush puppies to serve with it, and it was the perfect complement.
  • Serve it plain or with your favorite chili toppings.
