Puff Pastry Pizza Pockets

  • 1 sheet of the puff pastry
  • Thaw and then cut into 4 squares. I put a dab of sauce on each one but didn’t use much so it wouldn’t leak out or get soggy. You could leave it out, and just dip them in sauce when they’re done.
  • Assemble what you want to fill them with. I used pepperoni hamburger and cheese, but choose what you like.


  • Then just pile your toppings on, and fold over and seal with a fork.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 17 minutes till lightly golden. Let cool before eating because the filling gets really hot.
