Ingredients
Oven ready lasagna noodlesyou don’t have to precook them
1carton of cottage cheeseabout 16 oz.
1egg
1 10oz.package of frozen chopped spinachthaw and squeeze out moisture)
1tsp.of oregano
1large jarat least 24 ounces of your favorite pasta sauce
2cupsof mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Mix cottage cheese, egg, spinach, and oregano.
Spray 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
Layer 1/3 of the pasta sauce, then lasagna noodles, 1/3 of spinach mixture, and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat this 2 times.
You can also sprinkle the top with some Parmesan cheese.
Make sure the noodles are covered so they won’t get hard.
Tightly cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
The last few minutes you can uncover and let the cheese on top get nice and bubbly.
Let it cool and set for at least 10 minutes before serving.
