Gingerbread with Cinnamon Cream

I bought an Amish cookbook, from some missionaries at our church, called "Homemade Goodies," and this recipe for Gingerbread instantly appealed to me.  Especially this time of year when the temperatures are getting cooler, a slightly warm baked dessert just seems perfect, and it was so easy and scrumptious too!
