Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies

Are you ever in the mood for some fresh cookies hot out of the oven, but don’t have the energy to drag out the giant mixer and ALL. THOSE. INGREDIENTS??? Well fear not! These delicious cookies require minimal effort and ingredients!

Ingredients

  • One 15 to 16 ounce vanilla cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 10 ounce bag of chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions

  • Stir together the cake mix, eggs and oil, and then stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Give 2 cookie sheets a quick spray with cooking spray. Use a tablespoon measuring spoon and scoop out 24 heaping tablespoons separated a couple inches apart on your cookie sheets.
  • In a preheated 350 degree oven, bake for around 12 to 15 minutes, watching carefully till they’re done, so they don’t burn or get too brown on the bottom.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, and then enjoy!
