I used my kitchen scissors and cut up the chunks of the apples so they would be more bite size, and mix more easily into the batter.
Don’t add anything else that the back of the box says too! Also, grease and flour your pan, even though the back of the box doesn’t say too.
I used a bundt pan instead of a square baking pan, just because I think it makes it a lot prettier. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for around 35 minutes, or till top springs back when you touch it.
Let cool in the pan (if using a bundt pan), and then carefully flip onto a dish.
I wanted to make it more “desserty,” (sorry for making up my own words) and so I drizzled some caramel and melted store bought frosting over the top.
