Tis the season for cookies, and for me that often means bar cookies! Bar cookies are the quickest when you’re baking for a group, and don’t have a lot of time. No scooping and shaping, or, in and out of the oven with several baking sheets. Just plop them in a pan and bake. Now admittedly, some of these recipes are a liiiiittle more detailed than “plopping,” but those details result in fabulousness! A couple of these cookie bar recipes are from my blog, but the rest are from our (Saving4Six and Joyful Homemaking’s) wonderful contributors to our “Think Tank Thursday” link up party.
