I tend to hang a lot of things on my refrigerator, probably too many things,
but I like to keep plenty of pretty and cute magnets around,
so I always have one when I need one.
In the past, I’ve made these fun clothespin magnets
that also double as “bag closers” too.
I made them with scrapbook paper in different styles,
and they have held up for over two years.
Other unique and easy magnets to make are buttons,
whether from the craft section, fabric store or from your own personal collection.
Adhesive magnets make this a super simple project.
I’ve learned from past experiences, that a little spot of glue from my glue gun
keeps the magnets more securely attached under pressure.
I also learned the hard way, to let the glue dry before laying
them face down if there are holes in the button,
as the glue tends to push through the holes and stick to what’s underneath…
I think they turned out attractively, and the possibilities
are only limited by your choice of buttons!
Have some fun making your own!
These would also make a nice little gift,
just choose your buttons according to the receiver,
and package them up charmingly.
Super cute!!
Such cute ideas! =)
