Meal planning is a huge time saver for me. It only takes about 15 minutes each week, and yet I save so much more time, energy and brain space each day of the week, when it comes to dinner time. Because of my meal plan, I know what I’m making for dinner each day, and I’ve already purchased everything I need, so I don’t have to run to the grocery. So needless to say, I highly recommend it! 🙂
