Happy Monday! It’s a winter wonderland outside my house, and I love the white bright look of a fresh snow and the thick white blanket that rests on the rooftops. My littlest guy was so disappointed that we didn’t have a white Christmas, but he is in his glory now and can’t wait to go sledding!
Well now that it’s finally getting chilly after all the unseasonably warm weather, I’m ready to start cooking some warm and comforting soups and stews, and so that’s what I’m featuring on this weeks dinner ideas! It’s so nice to have a virtually one pot dinner, that can include protein, grains and veggies all in one.

Grocery list: Beef roast, sweet potatoes, red potatoes, onion, canned tomatoes, green beans, Balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and herb seasoning and beef stock

Grocery list: Chickpeas, chicken broth, Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice and spices

Grocery list: Canned diced tomatoes, ground beef, pasta sauce, beef broth, pasta, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese

Grocery list: Celery, carrot, onion, flour, milk, chicken broth, chicken, buffalo sauce, Cheddar cheese and rice

Grocery list: Bacon, onion, chicken broth, potato, black beans, corn, red pepper and heavy cream

Grocery list: Ground beef, onion, chili beans, chili sauce, tomato soup, pumpkin, beef broth, pumpkin pie spice, chili powder, sour cream, cheddar cheese and hush puppy ingredients
This is hands down the soup I make most often, which everyone loves, AND it’s an absolute cinch to make! If you use canned chicken breast, you can keep all the canned ingredients on hand in your pantry!
