It actually got cold enough here this week to require jackets, so I am looking forward to cozy fires in the fireplace, and curling up on the couch to read. (I can dream right?)

Chili hot dogs, baked chips, carrots and apples
Grocery list: 97% fat free Hebrew National hot dogs, hot dog buns, Hormel turkey chili, baked chips, apples and carrots
Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
We love cabbage rolls in my family, but I don’t love how long the process is of making them, so this is a fabulous alternative.
Grocery list: Ground beef, onion, tomato sauce, cabbage, rice and beef broth
Baked Chicken Chimichangas, mexican rice and salad
Grocery list: Chicken, olive oil, garlic, onion, green chiles, chili powder, salsa, cilantro, cumin, tortillas, re-fried beans, sour cream, guacamole and tomatoes
