Since today is dark and rainy at my house, I thought I’d share a few fun activities to do with your kids (or grandkids) to help a rainy day not be a gloomy one! Make sure whatever activity you choose is age appropriate. 🙂

My two youngest asked to make playdough today, so let’s start with different playdough recipes!

This only requires frosting, powdered sugar, a dab of food coloring and some cookie cutters.

Do you have some chocolate frosting, peanut butter and powdered sugar? Then you’re all set!

This has been a staple in our “food fun repertoire” for years. 🙂
Remember that honey is not safe for babies!
Easy and Delicious Biscuit Doughnuts
Let the kids make the holes, and an adult the frying. 🙂

Choose your own colors and flavors.

These are so good, no one would guess that they’re baked!

These activities are not only fun, but educational as well!

Tip: Add a bit of marshmallow creme to your stick so the marshmallow won’t slide down it as much.

Let your kids choose the color combinations!

Did you know how versatile whipped topping can be?

Who knew marshmallows could be so pretty!?

If you have pretzels and marshmallows, you have tinker toys!

these Marshmallow Snowmen Hot Chocolate Toppers are fun to make!

Hope you find something new and fun to do!
